Kim’s Easy, Low-Fat Crowd-Pleaser Artichoke Dip


The best party feeling is when there’s no food left at the end of the night, and you know your guests loved it! Since so many people these days are watching their weight and health, even better when you can find a low-fat dip people love.
Kim’s favorite is this lightning fast artichoke dip. There’s never a bite left at the end of the night.
Ingredients:
·      A small clove of chopped garlic
·      1 cup of low-fat mayo
·      One 14-oz can of artichoke hearts (drained)
·      Half a cup of parmesan
Chop up the garlic in a food processor, then add all other ingredients. Pour into an oiled pan and back at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with your favorite bread or crackers.
